Don't know where the bad reviews came from but I recently had a great experience. Heading out on a trip to FL, in the RV at 11:00pm the engine overheated and we were stuck on the side of the road. Ernies was the closest tow shop and that late at night I really didn't have a choice. The guys at Ernies were extremely accommodating (even offered at no charge to dispatch , 2 vehicles - one for the tow of the RV and another for the occupants), very helpful and very reasonable. $150 got my 32' RV back to their shop. The driver, understanding we had a lot of stuff in the RV took his time going over railroad tracks, etc. The next morning the guys got the RV in the shop right away, checked it out and I had it on the road by noon the same day. I had not checked the level of radiator fluid before the trip ( in a hurry) and didn't realize I was, well, out of fluid. I didn't know this until after speaking with Chris the service manager when he told me all the radiator fluid was mysteriously gone. They could have easily jacked up the repairs - water pump, thermostat, hoses, etc, but they didn't. They put fresh radiator fluid in it, pressure tested it, found a small leak fixed literally by tightening a hose clamp and got me on my way. Based on my experience I would recommend these guys highly. Pretty sure they haven't been in business for 50 years by screwing people. Just sayin.
