The first time I picked up my car after this service request was said to be met, it wasn't running right. The problems grew more obvious and a possibly new problem presented itself. I brought the vehicle back in to the shop and then things were taken care of very well. The third trip for the one problem got fast, courteous service, and fixed the problems creating a well running old vehicle again. The last visit would have generated a 5 star rating if there had not been two previous attempts to get the one problem fixed.

As always, Ernie's Auto has continued to provide us outstanding service over the past five years. This time, they went above and beyond most shops, researching our car's problem, finding a known manufacturer's recall, and making the repairs, free of charge to us. I called on a Tuesday morning, got fit in Tuesday afternoon. And when I called in traffic, explaining that I would be about 10 minutes late, Chris said," Just come on in." The service is efficient, excellent, and the people in the Service Department are stellar.

Yikes, the check engine light came on. I was on Highway 1 near Aptos! I pulled over and then proceeded on surface streets and the temperature did not rise. I pulled into Ernies and Chris came out to check what may have gone wrong. He scheduled the appointment, ordered parts, assured me I could drive a few miles on the weekend, all with a smile. The car was finished within two days and he even said someone could pick me up to get the car! I am in Boulder Creek! Thanks Ernies!
